BlueJay Outfit Concept

Y'know, out of all of my characters BlueJay goes through the most changes. Yet he is the only one with Asperger's.

Anyway, this isn't official yet, but I'm still trying to tweak his outfit. When I showed some of my friends the last outfit  they said that the practicality was good but it looked too much like Assassin's Creed and like other superheros. 
I want BlueJay to look unique so I wanted to try changing the other aspects of his outfit while keeping the practical ones the same. Tell me what you think?
