It HuRtS

This is a picture based off of the song "Bacterial Contamination" by the Vocaloid Miku Hatsune [link]

I like a few of her songs but I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan.
Nonetheless, this song really struck me because, having experienced it firsthand, it is strikingly true.
See, the song is kind of symbolic of the nature of bullying.
It's likened to a social infection.
You can get this infection from the smallest of factors, and unless your self esteem (or immune system) is strong enough to deter it, the infection will grab hold and degrade you until you need to infect someone else to make yourself feel better. Either that or you succumb to the infection itself.

It's a very disturbing concept when you think about it in real life.
But it was very fun to draw and color.
