Jay meets Joy

Drawing this gave me eye cavities XD

Anyway, this is what I've been working on for the past few days.
This probably takes place a few days after R.J. passes his exam to become a sidekick and is taken by Richard to the Brotherhood's Central HQ (which is their main base that connects to their bases all over the world).
I would've drawn the base itself but I REALLY didn't want to mess up the penciling.
I think that's going to be something I sketch all on its own (along with the settings for everything else )

I believe I've mentioned this before, but R.J. and Hiro have known each other for forever
At first she really freaked him out (his "I don't give a crap" attitude wasn't fully developed yet and he was a skittish little thing in social situations), but he eventually got used to her cheerful demeanor and accepted her as his first friend
Plus Hiro is the kinda kid who has a presence that doesn't go away, and she sort've pushes herself on you until you get used to it

Oh oh, and now I have a height chart printed out so I can draw heights accurately in relation to each other now
It also reminded me that Hiro is a shortie and that I've accidentally been drawing her as tall as R.J. and Wesley when they're, like, 7" taller than her or something

Anyway anyway, while I'm doing my next HL Art project I shall working on the revised first page of BlueJay and a comic commission (just commissions and requests in general, actually), and because I'm really in the mood to do it I think I'm also going to be busting out a lot of random OC bios and comics here and there.
NOW THAT MY PHYSICAL AILING IS ALMOST OVER, I SHALL CONTINUE WITH MY LIFE AND IT WILL BE GLORIOUS
